Katie fell in love with Boston’s Back Bay seventeen years ago and has never left. Her interest in real estate started well before she flipped her first home in Seattle, and has expanded to include both personal and investment properties in Boston and Vermont. She understands that buying or selling a home is a milestone that can build wealth and security.

Katie is recognized as being in the top 1.5% of Real Estate Agents in the U.S. by Real Trends Verified in 2022 and 2023. She is also in the top 500 agents for sales volume in Massachusetts and ranked no. 63 in Boston. She single-handily sold close to  $20 million in 2022 and in 2023. When Katie sets her mind to something, she works tirelessly to achieve it.

Before becoming a Realtor, Katie managed environmental projects. Her exceptional organization skills, attention to detail, and positive attitude made managing complex projects with diverse teams a success. Whether buying or selling a property, Katie brings the same thoughtful and focused approach to helping her clients achieve their goals. Time and again Katie has proven herself as a trustworthy advisor and a tough negotiator.

Katie and her family enjoy life in the city, as well as relaxing at her summer cottage in Vermont. She holds a Master of Science in Natural Resource Management. In her free time, she enjoys playing tennis, getting outside in nature, and exploring new spots around Boston.
